  •  What strategies can be implemented to manage job stressors and increase effectiveness?
  •  What are an employee's capacity for decision-making, problem solving, memory, adaptive functioning, as they relate to work?

1st Step: Assessment, offers comprehensive assessment services designed to help answer questions through consultation, testing, feedback and follow-up.

  • Consultation: Session with parents and individuals to discuss concerns and review background, records and skills.
  • Testing: Diagnostic testing will generate information to help identify learning style, academic functioning, learning disabilities, attentional problems, processing weaknesses, and socio-emotional functioning.
  • Feedback: Discussion of findings, recommendations and realistic expectations. Referrals to other professionals.
  • Follow-up: Behavior plans, study guides, parent training sessions and some individual/group counseling sessions available. Representation at committee meetings as appropriate.
